Our website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party advertising scripts. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. Basic server logs (IP address, page visited, timestamp) may be retained by our hosting provider for up to 30 days.

8. Programme enrolment

Enrolment in the Global Career Fellowship is confirmed upon receipt of payment. By paying, the student (and their parent or guardian if under 18) agrees to:

9. Reference letters

A reference letter is issued only upon satisfactory completion of the programme. "Satisfactory completion" means all briefs submitted during the enrolled term received a score of 7/10 or above, or were revised to that standard. The letter is signed by the Managing Director and reflects only work actually completed and reviewed. Magenta Networks does not issue letters for incomplete or unapproved work under any circumstances.

Project briefs, brand materials, and company information provided during the programme remain the property of Magenta Networks Pte Ltd and the respective portfolio companies. Work completed by the student (deliverables) may be included in the student's personal portfolio with acknowledgement of Magenta Networks as the programme host. Deliverables may not be published or shared without written consent.

12. Limitation of liability

Magenta Networks provides the programme on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from the use of the reference letter or portfolio in university applications or job applications. We make no guarantees regarding admissions results or employment outcomes.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email to enrolled students and parents. Continued use of the programme after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
