Global Career Fellowship
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the Global Career Fellowship — who it's for, how it works, and what you'll get out of it.
Students and young professionals aged 14–22, anywhere in the world. The Fellowship is designed for people at the start of their career — no prior professional experience is required. The only requirements are a completed application form and successful completion of the Eduentry psychometric assessment. Each cohort is limited to five fellows, so places are allocated based on assessment results and programme fit.
Fellows work inside real Magenta Networks portfolio companies as Junior Consultants. The work is genuine — research, analysis, writing, strategy, or technology projects depending on your assigned department. You receive a brief, complete the work, submit it for review, and receive detailed written feedback within 48 hours. If the work is below standard it is returned for revision. You are not shadowing; you are delivering. The four department tracks are Marketing & Growth, Data & Research, Strategy & Operations, and Technology.
The Term Fellowship runs for five months. The Summer Bootcamp runs for six weeks. Both require 8–10 hours per week. The work is fully asynchronous — you complete deliverables on your own schedule with no fixed hours or live sessions required. The programme pauses automatically during scheduled exam periods — you notify us in advance and the pause is built in.
Yes, fully remote and fully asynchronous. There are no scheduled video calls, live sessions, or fixed office hours. Everything happens through Slack, Notion, Jira, and Loom. You submit your work, receive written feedback within 48 hours, and iterate. You can participate from anywhere in the world, regardless of timezone.
Fewer than 30% of applicants are accepted. After completing the application form, shortlisted candidates complete the Eduentry psychometric assessment, which measures cognitive profile and working style. Department assignments are based on assessment results — you do not self-select your department. Each cohort is capped at five fellows, so the admissions bar is high. If you are not accepted in one round, you may reapply in a later cycle.
Every fellow who completes the programme receives an international reference letter personally reviewed and signed by Okan Cimen, Managing Director of Magenta Networks Pte Ltd. The letter documents your specific contributions, the professional standard your work met, and your growth during the programme. It is issued on company letterhead and includes a permanent verification URL at mgnnetworks.com/verify/ so any university admissions committee or employer can independently confirm its authenticity. His profile is verifiable on LinkedIn.
Yes — and it is expected. Fellows are encouraged to use AI tools to research, draft, analyse, and improve their outputs. What is assessed is the quality of the final deliverable and the judgment used to produce it — not the effort or method. Learning to direct AI tools to produce professional-grade outputs is part of what the programme develops.
There are three options: Term Fellowship at $1,500 per month (five months); Summer Bootcamp at $2,000 flat (six weeks); and Term Bundle at $5,000 flat (four months, guaranteed seat). New cohorts open on the 1st of every month. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — apply at least two weeks before your preferred start date to allow time for the assessment and review.
